Kassie Allison, MOT, OTR/L, is the founder and CEO of Greenhouse Consulting and Development. She also founded Greenhouse Pediatric Therapy and the Pediatric Therapist Development Network.
Kassie is an experienced and skilled occupational therapist, supporting clients and mentoring clinicians across Oklahoma for over 20 years.
Kassie is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist and loves working with the Autistic population. Kassie has also earned multiple advanced certifications as a DIR Floortime clinician. She proudly serves on the board of the Profectum Foundation, a DIR training and education organization. Kassie hosts the official Profectum podcast, "TUNING IN TO DEVELOPMENT."
Areas of interest include infant / toddler development, social emotional skills, Autism / Neurodivergence, giftedness, Twice-Exceptionality / 2E, feeding, sensory processing, DIR Floortime, challenging behaviors, and trauma.
Kassie lives in a neurospicy household with her clever husband, two talented teens, and a very anxious dog. She loves her alma mater, Oklahoma State University. Of course, that means her favorite color is ORANGE. Kassie's favorite dinosaur is the triceratops and her favorite movie is "The Princess Bride." She loves puzzles, board games, music, and theater. She spends a ridiculous amount of time as a chauffeur for her kids.
Kassie recently returned to school, beginning her journey as a doctoral student. She is pursuing a PhD at Fielding Graduate University in Infancy and Early Childhood Development, with a concentration in DIR.
